4. Description of the Problem: Detailed explanation of the issue
5. Proof / Evidence:
   • Screenshots of the suspicious activity

   • Payment proofs or transaction IDs
   • Chat logs with suspicious contacts
   • APK file details (version, download source)

Important Notes for Indian Users

• Islamcims does not process payments or handle financial transactions for third-party applications
• We do not guarantee refunds or recoveries for losses incurred through third-party applications
• Valid scam reports may result in warning labels, content removal, or platform blocking
• Repeated scam reports against the same application may result in permanent removal from our platform
• We may share verified scam reports with Indian cybersecurity authorities when appropriate
• All reports are handled confidentially and in accordance with Indian privacy laws

Processing Time

Most scam reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours of submission. Complex cases may require additional investigation time.

For urgent matters involving immediate financial fraud or security threats, we strive to respond within 12 hours.
